Hi All,
Today, I felt that it was important to feature a wonderful ice cream store I stumbled on earlier this year. Milwaukee Joe's of Southlake, Texas (http://www.icecreamjoe.com/) invited me to come into their manufacturing kitchen and concoct what ever I wanted for this month's feature product. They actually made me their celebrity guest chef for the month of October!
I chose 
a creamy chocolate ice cream base (of course) and added in swirls of marshmallow, caramel and an over-abundant amount of (you guessed it) chocolate chips.
It is properly named "EatMoreChocolate"!
For those of you in the DFW area, please stop by and tell "Milwaukee" Joe that I sent you.
