Andre’s Confiserie Suisse- Chocolate Meringue Ball
Houston, Denver, Kansas CitySnack/Dessert: This is another Hall of Fame concoction.
It is a ball of 2 meringue semi-circles held together with a layer of fudge, covered with milk or dark chocolate.
Tip: I love the milk chocolate the best but will eat the dark all day long if given the chance.
